Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on corporate governance matters, including corporate policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective corporate governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate corporate governance practices to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on corporate governance matters, including corporate policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of board and committee materials, including meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance reports, including annual reports and other regulatory filings.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance training materials, including presentations and handouts.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance audits, including risk assessments and compliance reviews.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance risk assessments, including identification and mitigation of potential risks.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance compliance reviews, including review of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related presentations, including slide decks and handouts.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related research, including market research and industry trends.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related communications, including press releases and investor relations.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related projects, including implementation of new policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related initiatives, including development of new corporate governance policies and procedures.
