Corporate Governance Expert

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on corporate governance matters, including corporate policies, procedures, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective corporate governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate corporate governance practices to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on corporate governance matters, including corporate policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of board and committee materials, including meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate governance reports, including annual reports and other regulatory filings.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate governance training materials, including presentations and handouts.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate governance audits, including risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate governance risk assessments, including identification and mitigation of potential risks.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate governance compliance reviews, including review of corporate policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related documents, including policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related presentations, including slides and handouts.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related research, including analysis and recommendations.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related communications, including reports and presentations.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate governance related projects, including development and implementation of corporate governance initiatives.
