Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Deskside Support Analyst to join our team at Insight Enterprises. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional deskside support and helpdesk services to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Install and configure Microsoft Office applications, as well as perform memory upgrades and other hardware installations.

• Conduct thorough troubleshooting for software and hardware issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.

• Respond to and resolve Level 1 technical support tickets, documenting and tracking issues in our ticketing system.

• Collaborate with other IT team members to deliver seamless support services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.

• Proven experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role, with a strong background in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. of computer equipment as needed.

• Ability to work onsite, daily in Coaticook, QC.
