We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team at Cabico & Co, the largest Canadian manufacturer of high-end custom cabinets in North America.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing our business processes, products, and systems to identify areas for improvement and suggesting effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and/or experience with project management tools, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly analytical, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and is able to demonstrate initiative and judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
  • Provide analytical support to senior management
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in IT/Engineering, Administration, or related field
  • Bilingualism (written and oral) in English and French
  • Experience with ERP systems and business process analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
