Job Summary:

Insight Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Bilingual Deskside Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring seamless support and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support and helpdesk services to clients.
  • Install and configure Microsoft Office applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform memory upgrades and other hardware installations, maintaining a high level of technical expertise.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting for software and hardware issues, resolving complex problems with ease.
  • Respond to and resolve Level 1 technical support tickets, prioritizing client needs and satisfaction.
  • Document and track issues in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining user accounts and profiles, ensuring seamless access to company resources.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues, fostering a culture of teamwork and expertise.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Proficiency in installing and configuring Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Basic understanding of hardware components and memory upgrades, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. of computer equipment as needed.
  • Ability to work onsite, daily, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
