Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards. This role requires a proactive approach to management and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role
Work Environment
  • Willingness to relocate as necessary
  • Work within a cleaning service company
  • Engagement at various locations
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost projections for cleaning operations
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments
  • Establish and manage work schedules
  • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies
