Job Summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Specialist to join our team. As an HSEQ Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess HSE performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into business decisions and operations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HSE or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
