Contract Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in Supply Chain, Distribution, and Warehouse Management.

The Project Manager will oversee multiple transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain sector, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage various Supply Chain projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Allocate project resources effectively, prepare financial plans, and monitor project progress while keeping all stakeholders informed.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a retail context.
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct project management experience in a retail or SKU-intensive environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.
  • Ability to define project goals, scope, and performance metrics in collaboration with Executive Sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including preparing documentation for executive briefings and meetings.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Understand the financial and operational implications of project changes.
  • Possess advanced knowledge in project planning, implementation, and business analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong writing and verbal communication skills for producing reports and facilitating discussions.
  • Exhibit exceptional stakeholder and client management abilities.
  • Show advanced organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management systems and related technologies is preferred.
