Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Nor-Lab Ltd. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize downtime.
  • Supply Chain Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
