About the Role

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Upper Canada Mall. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Team Leadership: Deliver coaching and development programs to build the skills and capabilities of your team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  4. Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service and sales performance.
