Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Faraz Yousuf Apothecary Limited. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient retail operation.
- Hire and Train or Arrange for Training of Staff: Recruit and develop a skilled team of sales associates, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Authorize Payments and Order Merchandise: Manage the financial aspects of the retail store, including authorizing payments and ordering merchandise to meet customer demand.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Sell Merchandise and Prepare Reports: Sell merchandise to customers, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues and Organize Inventory: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stock effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, public transportation available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, excellent written communication, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask.
