We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:The work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
