Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and development
- Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management processes
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
