Job Summary:
Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing team, driving sales performance, and delivering world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Deliver world-class coaching to build and maintain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Customer Focus: Build a customer-focused culture within your store, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional and exceeds expectations.
- Sales Performance: Maintain and exceed overall store sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to drive sales.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make informed decisions to drive business results.
- Customer Expectations: Anticipate and exceed both external and internal customers' expectations, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Coaching and Development: Love coaching people to their true potential and to exceed sales targets, with a passion for developing and mentoring team members.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Have excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Be passionate about the latest technology and trends in the industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Flexibility and Availability: Be flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
