About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Project Manager to join our team at Alithya. As a Client Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple implementations and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring the successful delivery of commitments, quality, and alignment with scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Monitor the quality aspects of deliverables and implementation activities, ensuring services, project performance, and deliverables are aligned to deliver expected business outcomes.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a liaison with the client sponsor and steering committee to ensure successful delivery of commitments, quality, and alignment with scope.
  • Project Oversight: Provide project management oversight, ensuring client teams stay on schedule, meet deliverable deadlines, and are recognized for providing high-quality work and compelling results.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and other barriers for successful project execution.
  • Team Management: Provide ongoing management and guidance to your assigned client team, ensuring the overall profitability of your client implementations.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM implementations.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for future implementations, gather client requirements, and effectively communicate them to your internal client team.
  • Ability to manage multiple assigned projects and project managers.
  • Strong and effective decision-making and project management skills.
