Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple implementations and initiatives, ensuring the quality of deliverables and implementation activities, and providing consultative guidance to clients.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Monitor engagement performance and present implementation success, challenges, and results in a consultative manner.
  • Act as a liaison with the client sponsor and steering committee to ensure successful delivery of commitments, quality, and alignment with scope.
  • Review project deliverables to satisfy scope, objectives, and business requirements.
  • Ensure services, project performance, and deliverables are aligned to deliver expected business outcomes.
  • Provide project management oversight and build a sponsorship coalition to manage organizational change.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and other barriers for successful project execution.
  • Provide ongoing management and guidance to assigned client teams.
  • Manage the overall profitability of client implementations, including labor hours and expenses per approved budget.
Requirements
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM implementations.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for future implementations, gather client requirements, and effectively communicate them to internal client teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple assigned projects and project managers.
  • Strong and effective decision-making and project management skills.
