Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Alithya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple implementations and initiatives, ensuring the quality of deliverables and implementation activities, and monitoring engagement performance.
Key Performance Indicators- Present implementation success, challenges, and results in a consultative manner
- Act as a liaison with the client sponsor and steering committee to ensure successful delivery of commitments, quality, and alignment with scope
- Review project deliverables to satisfy scope, objectives, and business requirements
- Ensure services, project performance, and deliverables are aligned to deliver expected business outcomes
- Manage the overall profitability of client implementations, including labor hours and expenses per the approved budget
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM implementations
- Ability to identify opportunities for future implementations, gather client requirements, and effectively communicate them to the internal client team
- Ability to manage multiple assigned projects and project managers
- Strong and effective decision-making and project management skills
