Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee our facility management and operational logistics. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in operations management or related areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize operational tasks.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide training to staff on operational duties and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all equipment and resolve any operational issues.
  • Advise on technical matters and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities.
  • Offer mentorship and support to team members.
  • Consult with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Conduct inspections to maintain workplace safety and health standards.
  • Complete necessary legal documentation related to operations.
  • Plan and oversee the logistics of organizational operations.
  • Administer programs for membership organizations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 administrative clerks.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software is required:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Outlook
  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS Word
