## Job Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality patient care to children and families in the Pediatric Emergency/Observation Unit
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and provide timely interventions to address patient needs
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
