Job Title: Software Sales Representative

Epsilon Solutions LTD. is seeking a skilled Software Sales Representative to join our team. As a Software Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling software solutions to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs of installing software and hardware
  • Provide quotes and credit terms to clients
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders
  • Promote software solutions to existing clients
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate software solutions
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Represent Epsilon Solutions LTD. in sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide input into product design where software solutions must be tailored to suit client's needs
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of software
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of software solutions
  • Resolve product and service related problems
  • Troubleshoot problems related to software
  • Advertise and/or promote software solutions, sales or services
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Working Conditions:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
