Job Description

Epsilon Solutions LTD. is seeking a skilled Software Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our software solutions to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and software
  • Quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate software or services
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries
  • Conduct sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of software or services
  • Resolve product and service related problems
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel
