We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our Strategy & Business Development department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide consulting services to various business units and initiatives, leveraging your expertise in strategy and business development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Present project findings and recommendations to senior leaders, effectively communicating complex ideas and strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute project plans and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-8 years of experience in strategy and business development, and strong financial acumen in retail, food, or consumer goods. Additionally, they will have exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to build trustful relationships, and excellent communication abilities.
