Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Sales and Marketing to join our team at 2124016 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging content to promote our services and products.
  • Lead Sales and Marketing Teams: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with clients and partners.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Manage and control the budget and expenditures for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
  • Publicize Activities: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
  • Spokesperson: Act as a spokesperson for our organization and advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Communications Material: Gather, research, and prepare communications material, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
