Medical Equipment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Equipment Coordinator to join our team at Tribe Medical. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating medical kits and inventory shipments to hospitals across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medical kit shipments to hospitals across Canada for upcoming surgeries.
- Verify and bill for medical kits returned to our facility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve booking conflicts.
- Coordinate repair requests for medical equipment as needed.
- Schedule shipments and follow up to ensure timely returns.
Requirements:
This role requires advanced computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets and databases. You must also possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Steel-toe shoes are required for this onsite role at our head office.
