About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Coveo. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain deep, trusting relationships with senior leadership across our Sales and Marketing teams in Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia.
  • Talent Management: Take ownership of talent management for your Business Unit, including performance assessment, identifying top talent, career pathing, succession planning, and effective performance management.
  • Business Intelligence: Leverage data to monitor and diagnose problems at their root, conduct hands-on analyses when necessary, and take responsibility for managing turnover.
  • Change Management: Represent your Business Units' interests and concerns when collaborating with corporate HR, lead the implementation of corporate programs, policies, and initiatives, and drive change management by aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Transformational Leadership: Directly contribute to and lead certain transformational, cross-departmental projects, and uphold our compensation philosophy and ensure internal equity.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: You have a proven track record as a senior HR professional, consistently adding value as a trusted business partner.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Navigating complex challenges and driving impactful solutions comes naturally to you.
  • Strategic Communication: You are a skilled, tactful communicator in both English and French, which is crucial for engaging with your customer groups across North America and Europe.
  • Business Acumen: You have experience working in enterprise or rapidly growing organizations, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when necessary.
