Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at the IFRS Foundation. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our leaders and managers in achieving their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership & Change Management: Develop a deep understanding of our organization's vision and strategy, incorporating the HR perspective. Contribute to strategic planning with a focus on people impact, ensuring alignment with global business needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and evaluate HR policies, programs, and functions that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct optimization exercises to ensure alignment of people, communication, processes, capabilities, and technology with our organizational goals.
  • Talent Management and Development: Lead programs including talent management, employee engagement, and performance development. Coach and support leaders in managing team dynamics and improving team engagement and productivity.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with our Chief People Officer, Deputy CPO, and wider HR team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships, facilitate change, and promote inter-departmental cooperation.
Requirements
  • Exceptional and extensive HR strategic and people business partnering experience, ideally within a global, high-impact environment.
  • Robust and advanced expertise in implementing innovative HR solutions for hybrid and widely dispersed teams.
  • Proven and distinguished track record in Organizational Design, Capacity Planning, and strategic leadership roles within the accounting, financial operations, legal, regulatory, or professional services sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional HR certification is strongly preferred.
