Coveo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our Sales and Marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop deep, trusting partnerships with senior leadership, providing coaching and sound advice to drive business success.
  • Take ownership of talent management, including performance assessment, identifying top talent, career pathing, succession planning, and effective performance management.
  • Leverage data to monitor and diagnose problems, conducting hands-on analyses when necessary, and taking responsibility for managing turnover.
  • Represent business unit interests and concerns when collaborating with corporate HR, leading the implementation of corporate programs, policies, and initiatives with a focus on change management.
  • Contribute to and lead transformational, cross-departmental projects, driving change management by aligning HR strategies with business goals and facilitating effective communication.
