Your Role

As a Senior Human Resources Partner, you will collaborate closely with management to align with Behaviour's strategic objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing best practices in performance management, talent development, and employee wellness.
  • Acting as a change agent within your designated business unit.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to leadership on performance management, skill enhancement, and succession planning.
  • Analyzing employee experience data to propose ongoing improvements.
  • Championing Behaviour's vision and culture as a representative of our core values.

Collaboration and Diversity

You will serve as a partner and consultant for HR Projects and Operations teams, focusing on diversity and inclusion, mental health initiatives, onboarding processes, and employee recognition within your business unit. This role is crucial for ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 4-5 years in a Human Resources Business Partner role.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Canadian labor and employment laws (knowledge of international and European laws is a plus).
  • CRHA/CRIA certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both French and English for effective communication and documentation.
