Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

S3 Group Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Medicine Hat, Alberta. This is a full-time position that requires extensive travel and a strong understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Travel to meet with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders to promote our products and services.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting requirements to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to resolve schedule and quality issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new sales and product development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and willingness to travel extensively.
