- Generate costing reports for sales margins and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Attend trade shows and industry conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in production meetings to discuss sales strategies and provide input on product development.
- Identify new sales and product development opportunities in the marketplace and present them to your manager.
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and co-operative team player.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Agricultural background is preferred.
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License required.
- Ability to travel extensively for work.
