Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lifemark. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience for our patients and clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office manager and clinic director, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and order office and clinic supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Photocopier/Fax Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on photocopiers and faxes to ensure they are functioning properly.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: In-person and telephonic customer service experience, ideally from a medical clinic setting.
  • Medical Terminology: Understanding of medical terminology is an asset.
  • Health-Related Educational Background: Health-related educational background is preferred.
