Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and process payments in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages to our high standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe work environment, and to provide excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, such as peak periods or unexpected events.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: No experience required, but previous work experience in the food service industry is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
