Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service
    • Actively listen to clients' concerns and diagnose their service needs.
    • Facilitate timely client problem-resolution, engaging cross-functional representatives or groups as appropriate.
    • Respond to client concerns in a professional manner to convey ownership, competence, respect for the client relationship.
  • Documentation and Tracking
    • Accurately document client requests using our group's tracking systems.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Facilitate action to close gaps between client expectations and client experiences in the performance of the Bank and its products.
    • Apply consistent and timely follow-ups to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and high standards of responsiveness.
    • Serve as an advocate for individual clients and escalating issues as necessary to facilitate the timely resolution of service problems.
  • Support and Development
    • Support the development of tailored messaging, which may include writing, editing, and distributing communications.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Completed high school education, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Basic knowledge learned on the job.
    • Verbal and written communication skills - Basic (in business environment).
    • Organization skills - Basic (in business environment).
    • Collaboration and team skills - Basic (in business environment).
  • Language
    • Fluency in French and English.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $33,850.00 - $44,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
