Job Summary:
Vertex is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide general information and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Classify and organize documents, and scan documents as needed
- Set appointments and manage schedules using computerized systems
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of computers, particularly the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
