Area Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Cathay Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing support and coaching as needed.
  • Work closely with Segment Managers to align sales activities with segment goals and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives, including promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and report on sales activities and achievements.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the nonwovens or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
