About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Cathay Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales activities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while promoting Lantor's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies for your market, working closely with the Segment Manager.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing support and coaching.
- Ensure your sales activities align with segment goals set by the Segment Manager.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prioritizing target accounts and industries with the Segment Manager.
- Work with distributors and channel partners to grow sales and ensure effective distribution of Lantor's products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives, including promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and report on sales activities and achievements.
- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the nonwovens or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
