Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Shop at Home Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing core talent for our window design consultants, coaching and developing technical, tactical, and sales skills to maximize conversion, sales, and other KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Coach and mentor window design consultants to improve their sales skills and knowledge of window treatments and blinds.
  • Collaborate with the Shop at Home Manager to analyze progress, business results, and customer needs and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores management teams in assigned areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales results and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and coaching.
  • Strong knowledge of window treatments and blinds, particularly Hunter Douglas products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and execute a territory business plan.
  • Available for travel within the area market.
