About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Snap Sales Lead to join our team at Resideo. As a Snap Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide best-in-class customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Growth: Increase AV sales in local markets through wallet share and new account acquisition, meeting and exceeding revenue, gross margin, and exclusive brand goals.
  • Relationship Building: Strengthen current customer relationships through proactive call-out campaigns, educating customers, and providing overall AV guidance and solutions.
  • Supplier Relationships: Create and develop relationships with suppliers and their representatives.
  • Training and Development: Implement customer trainings to drive sales growth and provide market intelligence and guidance to the manager.
  • AV Expertise: Serve as the go-to AV expert, staying up-to-date with the latest product updates and new releases.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience, with residential AV knowledge/experience, including smart home experience, audio distribution, video distribution, lighting control, home automation, and knowledge of advanced networking.
  • Programming Skills: Familiar with and able to program control systems, including RTI, Control4, Savant, Creston, Lutron, Holm, etc.
