Job Summary:The successful candidate will have four years of direct experience managing and providing full-service support using multiple technology platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams. This role will assist with and lead audio-visual support for high-profile meetings, ensuring a high level of customer service and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day meeting support and perform audio visual teleconferencing (AV/VTC) tasks such as completing Help Desk tickets and responding to telephone requests for AV/VTC assistance, maintaining active status board on system readiness, duplicating services, provide support for special events, and ensuring that all AV/VTC equipment is operational and set-up properly.
- Set up and monitor video calls as needed. Provide in-room technical support of planned events, both onsite and offsite.
- Test the AV/VTC equipment for proper operation. Provide maintenance support on all AV systems including but not limited to basic trouble shooting and system fault isolation, projector lamp changes, and projector filter changes/cleaning.
- Have proficient computer skills in Apple and PC-based software such as: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project.
- Inspection, Inventory, and Preparation of Conference Rooms. Audio-Visual Coordination.
- Develop and conduct on-site user and administrative training for the installed integrated audio/visual systems.
- Receive training from Crestron on the operations of associated A/V equipment.
- Be familiar with commercial audiovisual, video conferencing and broadcast manufacturers of equipment, including some direct training.
- Organize and build solid relationships with internal and external partners to achieve organizational identity and business goals.
Requirements:
- Four years of direct experience managing and providing full-service support using multiple technology platforms.
- Proficient computer skills in Apple and PC-based software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- A competitive hourly rate of $28-$30.
