Intermediate Facilities Project EngineerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intermediate Facilities Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of projects related to gas processing facilities.
Responsibilities- Facility Design & Optimization
- Develop comprehensive design documents and project plans.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the design process.
- Conduct thorough engineering calculations and simulations to optimize facility performance.
- Equipment Selection & Maintenance
- Select and specify appropriate equipment for gas processing facilities, considering factors such as efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Project Execution
- Monitor and control the quality of engineering and procurement deliverables, ensuring they meet established standards.
- Manage project schedules and budgets effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.
- Proactively identify and resolve any non-conformances or requests for information that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Safety & Environmental Compliance
- Implement robust safety management systems and environmental monitoring programs to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Stay abreast of evolving safety and environmental regulations and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Actively incorporate lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future project outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry advancements and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on gas processing facilities projects.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation from APEGA or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant industry codes and standards.
