Position Overview
Join Canadian Blood Services as a CRM Business Lead within our Strategy & Planning team. This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring a presence at a Canadian Blood Services location for a portion of the workweek.

Key Responsibilities
As the CRM Business Lead, you will:

  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to the CRM team, driving the execution of marketing strategies across direct digital channels aimed at enhancing acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Design, implement, and analyze a range of lifecycle and automated campaigns within the CRM framework, collaborating with client management teams to identify and deliver effective SAP CRM solutions.
  • Oversee campaign reporting and analysis, developing standardized methodologies and tools to assess CRM performance metrics, and advise management on significant trends.
  • Engage with various corporate functions to ensure seamless communication and project execution, while managing relationships with critical CRM vendors.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize donor resource pools and collection patterns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and identify areas for improvement in multi-channel CRM donor contact flows, implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Guide a team of marketing professionals and CRM analysts in delivering impactful campaign projects that support donor engagement.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant quantitative field or equivalent experience, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Marketing.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including five years in CRM, with a focus on Campaign Management within SAP CRM being advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in database management and experience in analyzing large datasets.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proven capability in executing SAP-CRM campaigns.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Work Environment
This position will require a hybrid work approach, with an expectation of on-site presence at a Canadian Blood Services location for a portion of the workweek. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
