About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Roots. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to store management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
