Job Summary:The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and software, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
- Research and resolve technical issues using technical manuals, guides, and other resources
- Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues
- Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience
- Supervise and train junior technical support staff
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
- Manage incidents and provide customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and networking
