Auto Claims Specialist

At Aviva, we're looking for talented individuals to join our Auto Claims team as an Intermediate Auto Claims Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the claims process, conducting investigations, and making decisions on the best course of action.
As an Intermediate Auto Claims Advisor, you will be our customers' first point of contact when they need us most. You will provide exceptional customer service, work autonomously in a digital environment, and actively participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with best practices in claims handling.
We're looking for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in Auto Claims Adjusting and/or Call Center Environment. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to work in a digital environment, and have a genuine curiosity to make improvements to processes to create a positive customer experience.
