Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Coast Bastion Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service standards.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Service Delivery
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Inventory and Operations
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management.
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Efficient communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Health Benefits
