Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service standards.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.
  • Operational Management
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Organize and maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to meet customer demands.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in all food and beverage areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food and beverage management or a related field.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent oral communication and leadership skills.
