Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Sushi Ryu. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Recommend menu items to customers and provide information about our food and beverage offerings
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food and beverage delivery
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position
  • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
