Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Sushi Ryu, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Welcome guests, present menus, and offer recommendations on food and beverage selections.
  • Order Management: Take customer orders and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and handle payments through various methods including cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a tidy dining environment.
  • Customer Support: Address any complaints or concerns from patrons promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
