Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at CIRCLE K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store meets its sales and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that the store is properly staffed at all times
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to the products they need
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
