Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Saskatoon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the mineral exploration industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales development across Saskatoon, identifying new leads and managing the sales process from start to finish.
  • Utilize your understanding of the sales process and various engagement channels to connect with potential customers and create new qualified leads.
  • Account planning, including deepening relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored strategies to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively build a validated and qualified sales pipeline that enables excellent annual growth and fosters sustainable relationships with customers that lead to recurring sales.
  • Genuinely engage with stakeholders on all levels, exploring opportunities for alignment in a way that feels personalized and right for them.
  • Build a passion and understanding of ExoSphere and an ability to sell creative solutions that address customers' unique problems.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Geophysics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant business development experience with strong sales results demonstrated.
  • Natural relationship builder with excellent ability to establish rapport with stakeholders on all levels.
  • Self-starter with the drive and ambition to identify and open up new business opportunities and generate strong sales results using various communication channels.
  • Confident verbal and written communication with the ability to present information to potential customers through sales presentations, workshops, and public speaking at industry and networking events.
  • Curiosity and an ability to grasp technical concepts and understand how technology can help solve various business problems.
  • Creative and adaptable mindset demonstrated through ability to open up new sales opportunities and closing deals in competitive sales environments.
  • Great strategic thinker with the ability to identify, categorize, and prioritize sales opportunities.
